Serving the Lake Norman area since 1999, Jasper Builders has specialized in new construction, renovations, and outdoor living spaces. With more than 30 years of experience, President Sean Gallagher has built a strong reputation with both clients and industry experts in the area.
In 2017, at their annual planning meeting, Sean asked the team what was their “wildly important goal”? What was the one thing Jasper could focus on to have the biggest benefit for clients, team members and trade partners. The collective answer was that all clients should have the exact same process and experience. That is when we shifted our focus to Design Build clients. We identified that we could best serve luxury home buyers that wanted a home designed specifically for them and their lot. You will hear the phrase “best and highest” a lot around Jasper, since that is our commitment to our clients.
As Sean says, “Our clients are one of a kind and so are the homes we build with them. When you develop a team for a client, with an architect, a designer, and a builder, you are giving the client the best chance for a successful build.” And at Jasper, everyone is truly part of the team.
Meet the Team
Sean Gallagher
Founder
Sean grew up in the construction business in upstate New York. He earned a degree in math and physics at Oswego State University. As a college student, he remodeled kitchens and baths developing a heart for quality construction as well as an eye for a job well done. Having swung a hammer Sean has a strong passion for the guys that work in the field.
Having gained valuable experience as a trim carpenter, a framer, and then as a superintendent for a national home builder, Sean launched Jasper Builders in 1999 after settling his family in the Lake Norman area. He has built custom homes in communities including The Point, The Farms, and Northview Harbour, but his favorite homes are built on undeveloped lots that require vision beyond a square box.
Sean attributes his success to a commitment to high quality and strong communication. From walking the lot to the final walk-through, Sean takes his customers through every step of the home building process.
Sean serves as President for the Lake Norman Home Builders Association and as Chairman for his National Home Builders Association 20 Club. Sean loves the outdoors and is a passionate sportsman. He is married to Mimi Gallagher, and is the father of 3 – Sean Jr., Michiko, and Zachary. Most days you will see Sean traveling with his 4-legged assistants Bailey, a mixed breed hound, and Seamus, a GSP.
Terri Watts
VP OF Operations
Terri was Jasper Builders original Office Manager from 2006-2009. She left for a few years but rejoined the team in 2016 and it’s as if she never left. In the spring of 2019, she was promoted to VP of Operations.
Terri makes sure the office runs smoothly and serves as the initial point of contact for customers. She oversees the selection process for customers and ensures all decisions are made in a timely manner and that all documents associated with this process are up to date in Buildertrend (company’s construction management program). Terri also keeps Buildertrend up to date so that customers, employees, subs and vendors always have the most current and pertinent information available to them.
In her spare time, Terri enjoys working out at Club Pilates and she always loves friendly competitions whether that’s playing games with friends and family or just rooting for The Panthers and The Gamecocks. She is married to Matt, stepmom to Cooper and is continuously working to get their rescue pit mix, Sprout, to act like a respectable family member.
Sean Gallagher Jr.
PROJECT MANAGER
Sean was born in Charlotte and raised around the Lake Norman Area. As the oldest son of Jasper Builders’ President, he has been around construction his entire life. Sean has worked for the company in a variety of roles throughout Middle School and High School.
After attending school at Appalachian State University and UNC Charlotte, Sean moved to Wilmington, NC where he worked as a Project Coordinator for a houseboat construction company. Sean returned to Lake Norman and started working for Jasper Builders full-time in February of 2023 as a Field Superintendent. His calm demeanor and willingness to do whatever is needed to get the job done are a welcome addition to the team.
In his free time, Sean enjoys spending time with friends and family, watching sports, and attending concerts. Keep Pounding!
Parker Robertson
ESTIMATOR
Parker grew up in Hertford, NC, he was exposed to the construction industry helping his father with several renovation projects. He earned a degree in Environmental Technology and Management, from North Carolina State University. Parker has a strong background in cost estimation working in the environmental industry as well as for a custom builder in Charleston, SC market. Parker joined the Jasper team in 2026 and brings valuable cost and vendor management skills to support the team in the preconstruction process.
In his free time Parker enjoys traveling with wife Summer, spending time with family and friends, and is out on the lake whenever possible.
Nick Nolen
FIELD SUPERINTENDENT
Nick joined the Jasper team in 2026, bringing valuable experience in custom home building and a strong understanding of the construction process from the ground up. His hands-on field expertise helps ensure that each project stays on track while bringing our clients’ visions to life with quality craftsmanship and attention to detail. Nick enjoys being involved in every phase of construction, from the excitement of breaking ground to the finishing touches that make a house feel like home. He takes pride in collaborating with homeowners, trade partners, and team members to deliver exceptional results and create a positive building experience.
Outside of work, Nick enjoys staying active through his favorite hobbies. Whether he’s watching sports, playing a round of golf, or taking on home improvement projects of his own, he’s always looking for ways to learn new skills and stay engaged. His passion for building extends beyond the jobsite, making him a valuable member of the Jasper team and a trusted resource for our clients throughout their home-building journey.
Dave Muntz
FIELD SUPERINTENDENT
Dave was born and raised in the Hudson Valley area of New York. He was introduced to the construction industry during high school summers where he grew to love the framing aspect of home building. He attended SUNY Cortland and continued to work in the construction field. He moved to North Carolina in 2000 to pursue his career in the Lake Norman area and ran his own framing business from 2007 to 2022.
He joined the Jasper Builders Team in April of 2022 as our Field Superintendent. His more than 20 years of experience in construction makes him a wonderful asset. Our customers are in great hands thanks to his attention to detail, willingness to do whatever is needed, and ability to recognize and find solutions to any challenges that arise during the course of their project.
In his spare time, he enjoys being with family and friends whether it’s watching a movie at home, taking a trip to the beach, or going on a drive to the mountains. Dave met his wife, Jenn, a month after moving to North Carolina and he feels like he’s the luckiest man alive. They were blessed to have their son Baker in 2014 and he continues to amaze them. There is never a dull moment with him whether it is observing him learn something new or just getting to see things from his perspective.
Pam Cusack
HR Manager
Pam joined Jasper Builders in 2020. She brings 30+ years of experience in accounting and office management. She also has a lot of residential construction knowledge, giving credit to her dad who is a jack of all trades and master of every one of them.
Pam originally from Maine, moved to North Carolina in 2012 and absolutely loves it! She is a member of the Patriot Guard Riders and Tribute To The Troops Organizations.
In her spare time, she enjoys riding her Harley, working her John Deere tractor, Camping, Stamping, anything outdoors and spending time with friends.
Amanda Hamra
Office and Accounting Manager
Amanda is a proud mom of two grown children and a devoted dog mom to two rescue pups. Originally from Virginia, she has lived in several places across the country and is always eager for her next travel adventure. A dedicated Pure Barre fan and lover of all snacks, she’s happiest spending time with loved ones, enjoying the outdoors, and making the most of lake life. In 2023, she and her son moved to the Lake Norman area to be closer to family.
Amanda studied at Liberty University and spent much of her career working with non-profits and churches. She joined the Jasper team in 2025 and enjoys helping families bring their dream homes to life. She values the creativity, collaboration, and attention to detail that make each home-building journey a rewarding experience.
Jeff Hildreth
Interior/Exterior Designer
Jeff joined the team at the beginning of 2018. He brings over 30 years of residential, commercial, exterior and interior design experience and specializes in traditional, transitional, eclectic, contemporary and modern design. A Charlotte native, he is known for his designs found in neighborhoods all over the Charlotte area from Myers Park to Dilworth. He’s also done design work in Lake Norman as well as beaches in the Charleston area.
Jeff will assist you in your whole home selection process. He can also supply the interior furnishings from lighting to rugs and window treatments. Everything for the home. He believes this should be fun and exciting for you and will do everything in his power to make your dreams come true. In his spare time, he is an avid outdoorsman. He enjoys spending time with his children and his two fur babies, Mo and Jo.
